Leadership

Throughout his career, Chuck Cooper has had the privilege of working with some of his greatest heroes: small business owners. He wholeheartedly believes that they are the backbone of our country and through their courage, commitment, hard work and vision, they offer their employees the opportunity to come together as a community and make our world a better place. Over the past 25 years, Chuck has been involved at the ownership level with companies in the agriculture industry, financial services. hospitality services, Life and Health Insurance and Human Resources, and has served on Sales and Marketing teams for small and mid-size companies. Of all his work-related accomplishments, he is most proud of the work that has been done helping clients develop their HR strategies, assisting in evaluating the different HR models, services and benefits needed, and partnering with them through the implementation and execution phase. The greatest reward is seeing clients achieve greater levels of success and watching the results of your collaboration help make companies better.  Better employers. Better company culture. Better financial results.

To Chuck, his faith and family is everything. He has been richly blessed and happily married to Debbie, his wife of 34 years. He has three children, Tyler and his wife Christy, Kirsten and her husband Erik, and Rachel and her husband Jackson. God has blessed us with five grandkids with more to come.

In his downtime, Chuck enjoys spending time with his grandkids, reading, photography, college football and continuously studying so that he can better serve his clients. As the Managing Member at WhiteWater Consulting, he subscribes to the belief that our client’s success is our success.

The Coopers

The Cooper family is originally from a small farming town in central Illinois. That was their home for years – that is, until they took a vacation in 1999 to Charlotte, NC. They fell in love with the city, the opportunities the city offered, and the warmer weather, and they decided to put down new roots. For 19 years, they have lived in south Charlotte.

Today, Debbie owns and operates Sweet Boutique Bakery in Charlotte.

Tyler and Christy blessed us with our first Grandson, Elliot Quinn and another baby boy: Coen Shepherd. Tyler is a Pastor on staff at Spotswood Baptist Church in Fredericksburg, VA and Christy started up her own Pediatric Occupational Therapy practice: Kaleidoscope O.T.

Kirsten and Erik live in Monroe, NC.  Kirsten works part-time at Sweet Boutique Bakery and blessed us with our first Grand-daughter: Juliana Sage and they are expecting a new baby in August. Erik is employed as a CNC machine programmer at Northeast Tool & Manufacturing in Matthews, NC.

Rachel and Jackson live in Charlotte, NC. Rachel works at Movement Mortgage in Ballantyne. and Jackson is employed by The Bond Exchange in Charlotte, NC. Harrison Douglas and Hadley Drew are their additions.
